SMS Policy for Marketing


1. Message Frequency: Clients who sign up for special offers at Chasing Vanity Salon and Medi Spa will receive SMS notifications related to the offer they signed up for, along with future marketing messages via SMS and email. For example, you might receive a message like: "Hi {name}, thank you for signing up for {offer}. What works better for your appointment, morning or afternoon?"

2. Opt-Out Process: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP," "Out," or "Unsub" to our shortcode. After sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support: If you experience issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at info@chasingvanitysalon.com.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Chasing Vanity Salon and Medi Spa, and to us from you. After signing up, you will receive daily messages for the first 4 days and monthly marketing messages thereafter. Additionally, you may receive 2-3 appointment reminder messages.
