Your visit will start with a thorough consultation with your esthetician before the magic begins. The personalization of this facial is what sets Chasing Vanity Medi Spa apart from the rest. The products selected for your facial will be based on your skincare concerns and our professional observations. Once everyone is feeling good about the desired outcome, we tuck you in with a plush blanket, kick the seat back, and get to work!

Clear Away Impurities

No matter your skin tone, you can expect one aspect of every CV custom facial to start with the same great product – Is CLINICAL Cleansing Complex. It’s clear. It’s light-weight. And it’s powerful yet gentle enough for hypersensitive skin.

Smooth

Your custom facial includes dermaplaning because it’s simply not complete without it. Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz and dead skin creating that dull look we talked about. Those fine hairs on our face and along our jawline actually trap debris and oils, so gently shaving them away leaves our skin feeling brand new, AND your skin is ready to gulp up all the moisture.

Soothe

After those little fine hairs are swept away, your face might feel a little itchy. What better way to soothe that tickle than with a face mask. This isn’t a wine and CVS face mask for girl’s night. This is the real deal. We will use a face mask specific for your skin’s needs. One of our favorites is the iS CLINICAL Hydra Intensive Cooling Masque. This product is packed with hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, rosemary leaf which calms inflammation, and aloe vera to speed up the healing process. This is a gel that our experts will expertly apply to your face in a gentle and oh-so-satisfying technique that doubles as a mini massage to your face.

Hot Towels

There’s something about having your face wrapped in a hot towel that just feels bougie, and we like it. So we throw a couple of hot towel moments into the process, which keeps you melting a little deeper into your chair and further from reality. If necessary, your esthetician will extract any impurities while your pores are open and accessible to avoid damaging the skin.

Hydrate

Once your face is clean, smoothed, soothed, and clear, the hydration just keeps coming. Your esthetician will use a series of hydrating treatments and serums to drown your skin in moisture. Some of our favorite products include SkinBetter’s Trio Rebalancing Moisture Treatment™, Alto Defense Serum™, and sunbetter® Tone Smart SPF 75 Sunscreen Lotion. These products help reduce fine lines, correct uneven skin tone, and protect your skin against the elements.
